We often get asked this question, and it is a fair one to be honest.
The fact is a lot of people are quite fine working out by themselves, and are motivated to keep a schedule even if it means getting up early in the morning, or braving the cold in winter.
But, for many others this is not the case – which is where we come in. As personal trainers we are there to motivate, support and guide you – so you can meet your fitness and wellness goals.
Our goal as your personal trainer is to help you live your best life and challenge your body to be fitter and stronger. We also believe that a healthy lifestyle means creating sustainable fitness and nutrition habits that support the mind and body to be at their best.
I have followed my vision of living a happy life, balanced by my love of food and movement.
Over the past 20 years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, the experiences I have encountered have taught me how “not one size fits all”. I have discovered the secret to what people truly want to being “fit”.
My passion for food has allowed me to combine movement and nutrition. I am able to teach others how to find that balance to suit their lifestyle.

I believe fitness is a lifelong journey.
I have personally experienced the challenges of weight gain, weight loss, injury and trying to become a fitter stronger person. Helping others through those challenges, and seeing them achieve their goals, is what drives my passion for fitness.
My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help as many people as possible live their best life and challenge their bodies to be fitter and stronger. I believe a healthy lifestyle means creating sustainable fitness and nutrition habits that support the mind

I started gymnastics when I was 6 years old and trained until I was 18. I started coaching at the young age of 13 in between my training commitments and never looked back. After I retired from gymnastics, I took on coaching full time working with athletes at all levels of gymnastics. A career highlight for me was having my first gymnast selected onto the New Zealand Levels Team back in 2015, just 2 years after retiring from gymnastics.
In my current role; High Performance Coach – Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, I am responsible for providing program delivery, coaching and coordinating external support to a small group of Elite Female Gymnasts. Key Achievements include: Coaching within a team that has three (3) Australian Representatives, two (2) World Championship representatives and two (2) National Champions.
